The holder of this ticket voluntarily assumes all risk and danger of personal injury and disturbance and activities arising from or related in any way to the event whether occurring prior to, during or after the event.
This ticket is a revocable license, which may be withdrawn, and admission refused anytime upon refunding the printed purchase price. This ticket may not be duplicated. Holder shall not transmit or aid in transmitting any description, account, picture, or reproduction of the event to which this ticket is issued. Holder expressly grants the promoter and its licensees to use holder’s image or likeness in connection with any live or recorded transmission or reproduction of such event. No refunds or exchanges will be permitted. No re-admittance. Access to venue by any person other than the original purchaser of this ticket may be denied. Management may revoke the license and eject or refuse entry to the holder for violation of facilities rules, illegal activity, or misconduct. By purchasing this ticket and attending the Home Show, you consent to Home Show Management Corp using your voice, image, likeness, and performance in any media for marketing and promotional purposes, worldwide and indefinitely. You release them from any claims related to privacy or publicity rights. Persons selling or reselling tickets in violation of any applicable city, county or state regulations, ordinances or laws are subject to arrest and prosecution.
