At this year’s Palm Beach Home Show, attendees didn’t just leave with design inspiration, they left with drink recipes, too. During our Home Show Happy Hour, mixologists Kelly and Brooke showcased two refreshing summer cocktails that are as stylish as they are simple to make.
Whether you’re planning a weekend get-together or just looking to unwind after a long day, these drinks are ideal for hot weather and even better with good company.

The Palm Beach Paloma
This elegant take on the traditional Paloma swaps in Lillet Rosé for a light, floral twist that pairs beautifully with the bright citrus notes of grapefruit and lime.
Ingredients:
- 1 oz Blanco Tequila
- 1.5 oz Lillet Rosé
- 0.5 oz Fresh Lime Juice
- 0.5 oz Agave
- 2 oz Fresh Grapefruit Juice
Shake all ingredients with ice and pour into a glass over fresh ice. A splash of soda water is optional, but adds a nice lift and a touch of sparkle.
The Spicy Lillet Rosé
For those who prefer their drinks with a bit of a kick, this cocktail balances the subtle heat of jalapeño with smooth coconut and pink gin.
Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz Pink Gin
- 0.5 oz Lillet Rosé
- 1 oz Lime Juice
- 0.5 oz Coconut Syrup
- 2 slices Jalapeño
Combine ingredients in a shaker with ice, shake well, and strain into a glass over ice. Garnish with jalapeño slices for a touch of spice.
Both cocktails were a hit during Home Show Happy Hour and reflect the season’s vibe, light, refreshing, and full of personality.
Whether you try one or both, these recipes are an easy way to bring a little Palm Beach flavor into your summer routine.
SHARE these recipes with your friends and family so they can join in on the fun, because every great gathering starts with the perfect drink! Cheers!
