Spring
Inspiration – Color of the Year
Pantone Color of the Year for 2016 is Rose Quartz and
Serenity. These colors when tastefully used can aesthetically create a fabulous
palette. There are endless opportunities to coordinate these latest
trends within your space. I feel being in South Florida allows us to take a
bolder approach. For instance, I could envision a Rose colored semi-precious
accent wall, backlit in an ultramodern condo on South Beach.
Stylish Outdoor
Living
The kitchen as we know it is becoming more of a furniture
piece to blend with rest of the house. In south Florida, we can take this a
step further and extend this concept to the outdoors. Our subtropical climate
makes outdoor living appropriate all year round. There are several materials
that are now suitable for outdoor use and are still so aesthetically pleasing
that you’ll want to carry them indoors too!
Anya Cesar is the owner and founder of Anya Renise Design
Group. With over 10 years experience in the design field, she received a degree
from Miami Dade College in Interior Design and a degree from Florida
International University in Landscape Architecture. In 2014, she was selected and appeared on
A&E’s FYI Network for a design renovation series. Anya is a member of the ASID Florida South
Chapter. She has been asked to
participate in several panel discussions on the latest design trends throughout
the United States. In addition to her background in design, Anya also has an
extensive knowledge and background in natural stone and manufactured
surfaces.
