This exhibitor resource will provide you and your team 24/7 access to the information and tools that you need to manage and take full advantage of your participation in the upcoming event set to take place from August 29 – September 1, 2025 at the Broward County Convention Center

EXPO Flooring Rental
Flooring is mandatory and MUST cover your entire booth area. You may rent or provide your own.
EXPO Table Rental
This form is for those that wish to rent tables from EXPO Services. See table options.
EXPO Chair + Stool Rental
This form is for those that wish to rent chairs from EXPO Services.
Material Handling and Drayage Form
Find the schedule of rates and services for all freight handling.
Non-Official Contractor Form
This form is if you intend on using outside services other than EXPO.

Vehicle Spotting Form
Approved Vehicles placed in the show as a part of a booth exhibit must process this form. Vehicle rules and regulations included in this link.
